Please allow 7 days for your TRIKL purchase to be made and shipped. Each purchase is made to order and the best things take time!
TRIKL orders are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate of $10 AUD nationally.
Shipping Policy
TRIKL accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once an item has been dispatched by Australia Post. TRIKL is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events.
Return Policy
No returns or refunds on TRIKL candles
Please note that every TRIKL candle is handmade to order. Each candle will be special and unique and may appear slightly differently to photos. Any slight variations are due to their handmade nature and we cannot accept returns on the basis of slight variation. If there is a major issue with your order please get in contact and I will do my best to resolve it.
